Return & Refund Policy

You must know something for returning:

1)The sender’s address on your parcel invoice is not valid for returning. If you return back to that address, we can’t get the parcel.

2)Returning address must be confirmed with our customer service.

3)Because of China customs policy, once the returning parcel is seized by our customs, your refunding or resend request will be invalid.

4)Returning parcel invoice value must be confirmed with our customer service before you send back the parcel. 

5)Returning shipping method must be confirmed with our customer service before you send back the parcel.

6)Returning shipping need to be paid by you at first. If it should be paid by us, we will pay you once we receive your shipping receipt and returning package.    

We hope you love everything you bought from us, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent order(s), we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. Return items must not be washed, worn or altered– just return your item(s) to us within 7 days from the date you signed for the parcels. You can expect your refund in 7-14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s).

For sizing matters or another related issue, any shipping fee back to us will not be covered and will be bared by the customer himself. However, we will be happy to give you a one-time exchange for an additional 15% Exchange Fee before proceeding.

We highly recommend returning all items using a traceable shipping method, as we will not be held liable for lost packages.

Any return or exchange item will have to be approved by us and qualify with our 95% RULE first before we are able to further process your request.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All our sneakers and clothing are 95% and above accurate to the retail, this really depends as each batch is made very limited in order to maintain TOP quality & consistency throughout. At, we are so confident that we are able to guarantee that all our products are 95% and above accuracy or you will be entitled to a new replacement for free. We make products that y’all can wear with confidence.

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase such as the order number and invoice confirmation number from us that was sent to you when your order was placed. Kindly go to the Make A Dispute page to submit your order request and our support team will assist you within 24 hours.

Notice: Do not send your purchase back to our sender’s address, we will be sending you a returning address once you reach out to us. A 15% restocking fee will apply for cash refunds or a full refund on lifetime store credits, so you can shop with us again anytime.

Refund or Exchange Strictly Not Accepted:

Order/s that have already been processed & shipped out from our warehouse after 7 days.

Items not in their original condition, worn, have damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error.

Items that are returned after  7 days of receiving your order.

Order/s that have already been processed & shipped right after cancellation is being requested.

Steps to Exchange or Refund:

Submit a ticket request on our website and be as detailed as possible while filling in the information.

After submission, allow our inspection team up to 48 hours to decide whether or not your order meets our free refund/exchange policy. If disapproved, a 15% exchange fee will be incurred to proceed with your request.

Upon approval for any Exchange or Refund, you will have to submit your return/shipping slip to us via our ticket form or email us at Service, and we will send you another email to notify you that we have confirmed your request. We will also notify you once your new item/order is being delivered.
